Oops I Did It Again! Las Vegas Boudoir
A few months ago, mine and Kyle’s very good friends (let’s just call them K & B from here on out) invited us to Las Vegas for a couples getaway. Of course knowing where we were going, I asked K if she’d allow me to capture some boudoir photos of her. We had done a session together a few years ago, but so much of my style has changed since then! Her first time photos were light and airy – more on the glamour side; not so risqué or moody like my work is now. She thankfully said yes, so a Las Vegas boudoir shoot was officially on my books! Ms. K was excited too because since her last shoot, she’d had a baby and life had changed a bit. She told me this was her chance to remind herself that she is sexy and still “has it”!
We stayed at The D off of Fremont street in Las Vegas. It was awesome Halloween night because we were so close to our room, stumbling back to the hotel was no big deal (PS my unicorn costume killed! I’ve never had so many strangers ask to take a picture with me!). The rooms all had 1 bright red wall, which initially I was afraid of, but by the time Ms. K and I were done with her Las Vegas boudoir photos, I was in love with it!
These photos are definitely out of the box for me in terms of the use of colors. Unfortunately with timing, we didn’t have as long of a shoot as I’d hoped for and I had to hustle to make sure I had enough light – but I think these turned out SO cool!
I would definitely say my friend K still has it going on!
Any time I announce travel dates, I happily look for clients in those areas! I adore traveling and shooting boudoir, so when I get to combine both of my loves – it makes for a truly amazing experience. These Las Vegas boudoir photos at The D on Fremont are so inspiring to me! When Ms. K saw these I got a giant text that read “HOT!!! I love them!”. I’d have to agree, these photos are fire!
